Double layered white tulle petticoat with satin lining and satin waistband. Perfect accessory for under short and sassy fairytale and Oktoberfest costumes. As this petticoat is lined it can also be worn alone. Team it with white fishnet hosiery and fingerless gloves for the Madonna Like a Virgin look from the 1980s. 

Small fit. Sits on the hips. Stretches from 56cm - 97cm hips (XS-M). Length 32cm.
