Fully fringed champagne gold 1920's flapper dress. Sleeveless dress with gold sequin shoulder straps and neckline. Stretch dress covered in fringing at front and back. This dress is also perfect to dress up as Rock Legend Tina Turner when she was belting out her frenzied and iconic version of Proud Mary in the 1970's.
